Effective December 27, 2011 with the Filing of Local Law #14 of 2011 with the Secretary of State, the Planning Board was abolished and the Board of Trustees is now charged with addressing all Planning Issues in the Village of Sagaponack. These items will be addressed at the meeting on the third Wednesday of the month unless otherwise advertised.

Board Meetings:

3rd Wednesday of the month – Planning Issues/Monthly Meeting at 3:00 PM

All meetings are held at Village Hall, 3175 Montauk Highway, Sagaponack, NY and via Zoom, unless otherwise advertised. If you would like to attend via Zoom please contact the Village Clerk to receive the link.
