The following is a Schedule of Fees for the Village of Sagaponack:

TAX BILLS
The Village Tax bills are sent out at the end of May for our Fiscal Year which begins June 1 and ends on May 31.  The bills are payable without penalty for the month of June.  Beginning July 2nd a 5% penalty is assessed to the base tax amount for all tax bills that remain unpaid.  If the tax remains unpaid beyond that point, there is an additional 1% penalty assessed to the base amount for each month the tax remains unpaid.

VILLAGE GENERAL ELECTION
The Village General Election is held each year on the 3rd Friday of June at the Village Hall from 12 noon until 9:00pm.  The Board of Trustees consists of 4 Trustees and 1 Mayor each having 2 year terms.  For additional information on the current election, please visit the announcement page.
