Seasonal Rentals

Please be aware that the Village of Sagaponack requires that a property owner obtain a Seasonal Rental permit if you rent your house between May 15th and September 15th.  The rental cannot be less than 30 days except that the law allows for two 2-week rentals per calendar year.  This code can be found in the Village Code book under 245-16 (A).  The Seasonal Rental Form can be downloaded from the Form tab to the left.
