The following is a Schedule of Fees for the Village of Sagaponack:

TAX BILLS

The Village Tax bills are sent out at the end of May for our Fiscal Year which begins June 1 and ends on May 31.  The bills are payable without penalty for the month of June.  Beginning July 2nd a 5% penalty is assessed to the base tax amount.  If the tax remains unpaid beyond that point, there is an additional 1% penalty assessed to the base amount for each month the tax remains unpaid.  For instance, if your tax remains unpaid in August of 2010, the base amount will be assessed a 6% penalty.
 

VILLAGE GENERAL ELECTION

The Village General Election is held each year on the 3rd Friday of June at the Village Hall from 12 noon until 9:00pm.  The Board of Trustees consists of 4 Trustees and 1 Mayor each having 2 year terms.
